MIRRI Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you’re delighted with your MIRRI purchase - every item in our collection is curated with care and attention to detail.


Changed Your Mind?

Due to the nature of our products (bath bombs, oils, and self-care items), we can only accept returns if the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and send the item back within 14 days after that.

Please note, as a small business, we can’t cover return postage costs for unwanted items.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mirri.uk with a photo of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return postage.


How to Start a Return

Please contact us at info@mirri.uk before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
